Take the call in the browser. Keep a desk phone if the office has one. The iPhone app is there when someone is away from the desk.

Team and Business can keep call recordings. On Business, a manager can listen in while a teammate is on a live call.

Business can alert the floor when a caller hangs up or waits too long, so someone can call back while it still matters.

Can we text from the company number?

Do we have to buy desk phones?
