Built-in contacts
Octone keeps a mini contact card from inbound numbers and plugin lookup when you do not have an external CRM webhook.
Admin → Contacts (/admin/contacts).
Inbound callers and plugin lookup upsert a card (number, last call). Add name, notes, and a disposition.
If Integrations has no external webhook, the softphone / assist panel can show that card as the screen-pop so Octone itself consumes the plugin. When a webhook is set, the external app still pops.
