Emergency 911 address
Set the address dispatched with 911 on each US number before people dial out.
Admins set this at Admin → Phone numbers (/admin/numbers) or a company default at Company setup.
Per number
On each DID, Set 911 address: name, street, city, region, postal, country. Octone saves it on the number. When the platform can attach it to the phone service, it does; otherwise the address is stored and support must finish enabling 911.
Softphone
The browser dialer shows 911 uses this address so agents know what dispatch will see.
Outbound from US numbers
If this module is on and a US number has no address (and no company default), Octone warns before outbound. Ask an admin to save the address.
This is not a carrier portal. Tenants never name the underlying phone provider.
