Landlord — packages vs per-tenant overrides

Stripe Starter, Team, and Business set default feature switches. You can still turn any flag on or off for one company.

This is only for the Landlord at Tenants. Tenant admins do not see these switches.

Packages

Checkout and subscription webhooks apply a template from the same map:

PackageDefault modules
Starter ($49)Phone numbers, extensions, softphone
Team ($149)Starter + SMS, MMS, IVR, playbooks, recording, voicemail, queues, find-me, park/transfer/conference, 911 address, Slack, Zapier, calendar, contacts
Business ($399)Team + listen-in, alerts, sales assist, analytics, integrations, wallboard, schedules, WhatsApp, fax, porting, audit log

When IVR is in the template (Team and Business), Voicemail and Call queues are also on.

Apply a package

  1. Open Tenants and select the company.
  2. The package column is the Stripe/plan name on the tenant (Starter, Team, Business, trial, …).
  3. Click Apply Starter, Apply Team, or Apply Business. Checkboxes jump to that template.
  4. Tweak any switch, then Save features.

Apply only changes the draft checkboxes until you save. It does not change Stripe billing.

Per-tenant overrides

After a package is applied (or a company signs up), every flag can be on or off for that company alone. Enable all / Disable all are the same: they only stick after Save features.

Signup and subscription updates write the template again. If you customized a tenant, re-apply your overrides after a plan change.

What tenants see

If a module is off, the Admin tile is hidden and the page/API returns a friendly “turned off” card or 403. Nested IVR stays under Playbooks / IVR — there is no separate nested-IVR switch.
