Vanity and toll-free numbers

Search local, 800-style toll-free, or vanity words like FLOWERS, then buy onto the company.

Admins buy numbers at Admin → Phone numbers (/admin/numbers).

Type filter

Local — search by area code (NPA), for example 312.
Toll-free — 800 / 888 / 877 / 866 / 855 / 844 inventory.
Vanity — type letters or a word. Octone maps them to keypad digits (FLOWERS → 3569377) and searches numbers that contain that pattern. Area code is optional.

Then Search, pick a number, Buy. Octone attaches inbound voice and SMS the same way as a local buy. See What happens after you buy.

Assign the number to a division if a team should have its own inbound menu.
