Landlord — create a tenant and copy the temp password
Create a company, copy the owner temp password once, then turn feature switches on or off.
This is only for the Landlord (super admin) at /landlord and /landlord/tenants. Tenant admins cannot create other companies.
Create a tenant
- Open Landlord → Tenants, or Create tenant on the landlord home.
- Fill in Company name, Slug (used for
/login/{slug}), and Owner email. - Click Create tenant.
A peach card Temporary password (shown once) appears. Click Copy password and send the owner email + password out of band. They must change it on first login at /change-password. Octone will not show that password again.
The owner is created with the Owner role. They sign in at /login or /login/{slug} and land on /admin.
Feature switches
Select a tenant on the right-hand Feature switches panel. Use Apply Starter / Team / Business then tweak. See Packages vs per-tenant overrides.

Click Save features. Enable all / Disable all only change the checkboxes until you save.
If a tile is missing on Admin home, the matching switch is off.
Reset the owner password
On the selected tenant, click Reset owner password. Copy the new temp password immediately. The owner must change it on next login.
